Q: Double Time Chief Order and Cave Hyena’s “Builder’s Aide” skill have different cooldowns. Please change both to 23 hours so we can use them simultaneously.
A: That’s a great idea. We will shorten the cooldown of Double time to 23 hours in an upcoming updates to make sure it is consistent with Cave Hyena’s skill.

Q: Why can’t I capture Pets when I’m not a member of any alliance? Please optimize it!
A: Thank you for your suggestion. We will make the pets obtainable for players who are not inside an alliance in an upcoming update.

Q: I had an underwhelming experience in the Frostdragon Tyrant event as there were too many participating alliances.
A: Thanks for your feedback! We’re working on optimizing zone groupings. If there are too many states within a zone, we will adjust the groupings to improve player experience.

Q: When is the next State Transfer?
A: The next State Transfer is expected to kick off in early November in some States. Please refer to in-game announcements and follow our social media for the latest updates.
