In the images below, here are the stat gains between gens, but the best way to turn this into practical information is to see when newer gens can replace your current main team.

Here I took each hero at their max stats (max level, stars, and weapon – if they have one) and looked at the first point at which they are as good as, or better than, the hero in the row from the top.

There could be a ton of other reasons why you might want to focus on a new Gen hero, regardless of stat gains (Philly for the first healing character, for example, or Flint as the first obtainable tank in F2P), but here are the statistics. so you can prepare the fragments in advance.
