    Transfer Overview

    INTRODUCTION

    Many of the most prosperous Chiefs have been known to seek greater fame and fortune elsewhere in other, more promising States.

    FREQUENCY

    The Transfer Event occurs irregularly, usually every 4 to 7 weeks. Information about the upcoming event appears directly in the game about 3 – 4 days before the event. Follow our socials medias to make sure that you are not missing any early announcement. States become eligible to transfer whenever Transfer Passes appear in the alliance shop (server’s age is currently unknown).

    TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS

    PERSONAL

    To change the server, the following conditions must be met:

    1. The Chief does not exceed the Power Cap.
    2. The Chief has reached the required Furnace level (this requirement varies with the number of days the State has been active and the maximum level required is 30).
    3. City is not in combat.
    4. Not a part of any Alliance.
    5. Not a President (or the previous President during an interregnum).
    6. More than 30 days have passed since last transfer (only 1 transfer per event allowed).
    7. Has fewer than 4 characters in target state.

STATE

The state we want to move into must meet the following conditions:

  1. The server cannot be more than 90 days younger or older than the state you originate from.
  2. The latest generation of heroes must be the same on both servers.
  3. The furnace era, all unlocked buildings, available beasts, chief and hero equipment must also match.

Any differences between states can be checked by using the command /timeline.

TRANSFER PASS

Transfer cost ranges from 1 to 50 passes. Here is the package pricing:

1x 1 pass – 5.99€/4.99$
1x 2 passes – 11.99€/9.99$
1x 3 passes - 23.99€/19.99$
1x 4 passes – 59.99€/49.99$
15x 5 passes – 119.99€/99.99$

Consecutive packs unlock after purchasing the previous ones and they reset at the beginning of every month. Transfer Passes can be also found in the alliance store. One costs 150k Alliance Tokens and it refreshes weekly.

State transfer is divided between 3 phases.

PHASE I: Pre-Transfer (Lasts 3 Days)

Set Power Cap thresholds and assess potential destination States.

PRESIDENT’S TASKS

  • Set a Transfer Power Cap,
  • Review incoming requests from Chiefs willing to transfer,
  • Advertise your own server in the in-game Transfer Chat and/or in 💼state-transfer-forum.

ORDINARY CHIEF’S TASKS

  • Browse eligible States and their status,
  • Contact a President to reserve a spot.

Note: You cannot transfer during this phase!

LEADING & ORDINARY STATES

States are divided between Ordinary and Leading states. Leading states are chosen based on the sum of the Transfer Score of top 100 chiefs of that state. Ordinary State can accommodate a maximum of 58 people during the event. The President or the Former President (when there is no Current President – happens after lost SvS) of a given state can invite a maximum of 38 people. Each time, the President has the ability to send an undefined amount of regular invitations. However, when 35 invitations are used, the rest becomes invalid. To be able to use regular invitations, you have to follow the power limit set by the President of desired state.

Each Ordinary State and its President begins with 3 Special Transfer Invitations that are used to bypass the transfer power limit, allowing extraordinarily strong players to join the state. Note that the Special Transfer Invitation doesn’t affect the amount of Transfer Passes needed to transfer. One Special Transfer Invitation renews on the 1st of every month (0.00 UTC) up to a maximum of 3. The remaining 20 spots are free to take by any player fulfilling the transfer power limit.
Leading State can accommodate a maximum of 30 people during the event. The President or the Former President of a given state can invite a maximum of 20 people. Each time, the President has the ability to send an undefined amount of regular invitations. However, when 20 invitations are used, the rest becomes invalid. To be able to use regular invitations, you have to follow the power limit set by the President of desired state, which is reduced for the Leading States. The remaining 10 spots are free to take by any player fulfilling the transfer power limit.
Leading States don’t have any Special Transfer Invitations.

PHASE II: Invitational Transfer (Lasts 2 Days)

Presidents invite Chiefs to transfer to their State.

PRESIDENT’S TASKS:

  • Review incoming requests from Chiefs willing to transfer,
  • Advertise your own server in the in-game Transfer Chat and/or in 💼state-transfer-forum,
  • Send Ordinary or Special Invites to Chiefs in other States.

ORDINARY CHIEF’S ACTIONS:

  • Contact the President to receive an invitation,
  • Disband troops from the Enlistment Office if necessary,
  • Move to your destined State.

    TRANSFER COST

    Your Transfer Score is determined by the sum of a Chief’s current Furnace level, Chief Gear and Charms, Hero Power, Hero Gear Power and Pet Power. Troop power doesn’t count towards your Transfer Score. The higher your Score compared to prospective States’ Rating, the more Transfer Passes will be required. In other words, moving away from a Leading State is cheaper than moving away from an Ordinary State. It is currently impossible to calculate the amount of passes needed to transfer. However, the number of Transfer Passes needed for F2P players should not exceed 10.

    PHASE III: Open Transfer (Lasts 2 Days)

    Chiefs transfer based on their own Power Cap eligibility. During this phase everyone (except the Current/Former President) meeting the Power Cap limits can move state, without the need of approval. Hurry up, the amount of available spots is limited! Note: You still need Transfer Passes to move during that Phase.

    MOVING STATE

    What happens next:

    1. City: Your city will be randomly teleported to an area of Icefield in the target State following a transfer with a 24-hour Shield.
    2. Group Chats: you will be automatically removed from any active group chats following a transfer.
    3. Packs: the number of purchases available for regular and time-limited packs will be reset. Any packs can be re-purchased.
    4. Moving State results in the loss of all unsecured resources (resources and other items in the inventory remain intact).
      The Arena: your Arena Points will be reset to 1,000 along with your ranking following a transfer. Feel free to embark on another Arena journey in your new State! Fishing Tournament: your involvement in your State’s Fishing Tournament event (including Ice Fishing Club) will immediately cease at whatever its current stage, with unclaimed rewards sent to mail. Feel free to get involved with the Fishing Tournament in your new State (if active). Armament Competition and Officer Project: any available Personal Phase Milestone Rewards will be tallied and issued and then ranking data deleted. Feel free to get involved with this event again in your new State (if available). Hero Rally: your involvement will be discontinued and rewards tallied. Feel free to embark on a new Hero Rally event within your new State. Emporium of Enigma: if the Emporium is open in your new State, then your current holdings of Thorns will be carried over to the new State where you are free to redeem them for rewards. If your new State has not yet opened the Emporium, all Thorns will be removed from your backpack. Be sure to exchange them beforehand!
      Vault of Enigma: your involvement in your current State’s Vault of Enigma event will immediately cease, with unclaimed rewards sent to mail. Feel free to get involved once again in your new State (if available). Mia’s Fortune Hut: your involvement with this event in your current State will immediately cease, with unclaimed rewards sent to mail. Feel free to get involved once again in your new State (if available). Symphony of Change: your involvement with this event in your current State will immediately cease, with unclaimed rewards sent to mail. Feel free to get involved once again in your new State (if available). Alliance Mobilization: when joining an alliance in a new State you will be able to obtain all the rewards once again and your score will be added to the alliance score. Receiving Personal Ranking rewards is possible. Alliance Showdown: when joining an alliance in a new State you will be able to obtain threshold rewards but your score won’t be added to the alliance score and you won’t be able to receive Personal Ranking rewards.

    Can my current president hold me from transferring to another state?

    • No, they can’t.

    Can I move my alliance as well?

    • No, you can’t. You can either join already existing alliance in a new State or create a new one.

    How high will be the Power Cap in the upcoming State Transfers?

    • The Power Cap rises as a State is getting older.

    Where can I promote my server/alliance?

    • Every Transfer Event we open a channel which is exclusively used for that exact matter
